Day in the life of the franchisee

The Franchisee’s Role/Daily Tasks: 

  • Owner-Operator – Working In Business:
    • Operates as Clinic Operations Manager (or Clinician, if applicable)

    • Focus on driving patient acquisition, customer retention, and sales/revenue
    • Oversee onsite day-to-day operations, motivate team, drive culture and patient retention, community awareness and relations, pre-markets the business (8-10 weeks prior to opening)
  • Executive Ownership – Working On Business:
    • Hires a manager to run the business
    • Manages through KPIs, drives culture, hires staff that can cultivate relationships and inspire patients, regular calls with corporate team, supports the team during the pre-marketing phase (8-10 weeks prior to opening)
