Day in the life of the franchisee

Ideal Candidate:
• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Owner/operator with moderate to low business experience who is eager to grow a sales/relationship driven business. • Ideal owner values customers needs and wants to match them with the right product. Should have great people skills and be able to generate confidence. • Product is legally required and we provide options to offer competitive pricing. Owner is the final piece that ties it all together. Owner is hand on and can start with a part time or full time employee and build a team as the business grows. • Insurance is a lean business with no inventory or equipment and generates recurring revenue with legally required products. • Owner should display a willingness to work within a structure and organized system. Sales experience is great. Must be able to obtain Insurance license. Insurance Experience Welcome but absolutely not necessary.
