About Serious Cofee and Tea!

Serious Coffee began in Duncan, BC, in 1994 and, after a few moves, has returned home. Starting with a roasting store in Duncan and expanding to Victoria, we now have 14 locations across Vancouver Island, Powell River, and New Westminster, thanks to our loyal customers.

We source only high-quality Arabica beans from around the world, offering organic, fairly-traded, and Swiss Water Decaf options. Our air roasting method prevents bitterness, ensuring a smooth, flavorful coffee experience.

To guarantee freshness, we roast coffee only when ordered and deliver it the next day. Our in-house bakery in Duncan ensures fresh, high-quality baked goods at our cafés.

Our Coffee Beans

Serious Coffee buys beans from all over the world: Mexico, Kenya, Colombia, and Ecuador to name a few. The raw (green) beans are shipped to our roasting plant in Duncan. The beans are perfectly roasted and then taken directly to your local Serious Coffee just in time for you to get a great cup of coffee.
