At BizSold we saw a need for a different kind of business broker, the majority of business brokers are using outdated and antiquated techniques to sell businesses.

We specializing in representing middle market companies through the entire sale process. We’ve been selling businesses for over 10 years and have the experience and business acumen to help you plan for a smooth exit. Selling a business can be an extremely stressful and complicated process.  Our founders are former business owners who have successfully built and sold 3 multi-million dollar companies themselves including; technology, eCommerce retail, and lead generation companies. We understand the needs of business owners and use our experience in marketing and technology to help you get the most value for your business as quickly as possible.

Prior to founding InternetReputation™ in 2010, Chierotti was founder and CEO of a consumer products and Ecommerce company that gained worldwide distribution with 400 distributors and franchisees across the United States, Canada, and the UK. Prior to founding InternetReputation™ in 2010 Russo was founder and COO of a consumer products and Ecommerce company that gained worldwide distribution with 400 distributors and franchisees across the United States, Canada, and the UK. This company was successfully acquired in early 2010.

Ryan also holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado.

Dylan oversees BizSold’s financial modeling, business valuations and financial analysis. He has robust knowledge and experience in the mergers and acquisitions industry where he has been the lead deal maker on over $100mm in transactions.

Prior to joining BizSold, Dylan worked as an analyst for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) where using financial modeling and forensic accounting, Dylan would help clients find the value they were looking for.

After leaving PWC in 2007, Mr. Ross went on to work in private equity for CCG capital group. At CCG, Mr. Ross performed the job of a financial analyst by determining business valuations and if those businesses would make a good acquisition target for CCG.

Dylan has extensive experience working on complex M&A deals.

Mr. Perkins has been an accountant for over 20 years. He graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.
Mr. Perkins has worked in the banking industry for over 10 years, both in finance and real estate and construction underwriting. In addition, he has an extensive background in government and non-profit finance.

Lauren KulakSenior Analyst

Lauren’s role as a Senior Analyst include providing oversight to the analyst team, creating financial models, preparing business valuations, and performing market analysis to fully understand clients businesses, financials and markets. Having previously worked in investment banking, private equity, and financial consulting Lauren’s experience is invaluable to clients.

Most recently, Lauren focused on equity financings, M&A transactions, and valuations at LAK Capital Corporation. Previously, Kulak worked as an associate at Ozado Partners both in a principal and advisory role. Her prior experience includes structuring and executing M&A transactions and capital raises for private companies. Kulak began her investment banking career at Madison Williams followed by Wedbush Securities where her work involved the consumer retail, power, and healthcare industries. In addition to having experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, public equity offerings, and private capital raises, Kulak has participated on various strategic advisory and valuation engagements. Kulak received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University where she graduated with highest honors.
