Unlike other M&A firms, we are selective in what businesses we work with. Our co-founders and partners all work directly on each deal we represent, we believe in quality over quantity. It’s for this reason that we only work with middle market companies doing a minimum of $250,000 a year in EBITDA. We have established relationships with our buyers and they know when we present a new listing it’s a high-quality business.  The trust we’ve built with investors, private equity firms, and banks is what allows us to get our clients the highest possible price as quickly as possible.

At BizSold we saw a need for a different kind of business broker, the majority of business brokers are using outdated and antiquated techniques to sell businesses.

We specializing in representing middle market companies through the entire sale process. We’ve been selling businesses for over 10 years and have the experience and business acumen to help you plan for a smooth exit. Selling a business can be an extremely stressful and complicated process.  Our founders are former business owners who have successfully built and sold 3 multi-million dollar companies themselves including; technology, eCommerce retail, and lead generation companies. We understand the needs of business owners and use our experience in marketing and technology to help you get the most value for your business as quickly as possible.
